If even one of these applies to you, you are at risk for MCI (mild cognitive impairment). If left untreated, there is a risk of a sharp decline in memory after 5 to 10 years.
At Ginza Recharge Clinic, specialists who have analyzed over 2,000 cases of brain waves can visualize the cause of the problem through AI measurements and provide private care using state-of-the-art devices.

Treatment Menu
Focusing on stimulation therapy and care for the autonomic nervous system,
we offer the latest devices and treatments.

Quantitative Electroencephalography (QEEG)
A brain dock using the latest technology, it precisely analyzes brain activity patterns and also measures the state of the autonomic nervous system, comprehensively evaluating brain health.
Photobiomodulation (PBM)
An advanced light therapy that promotes cognitive function and mental stability by irradiating the head with specific wavelengths of light, acting on mitochondria in brain cells. Both in-clinic treatments and home-use devices are available.

Transcranial Direct Current Stimulation (tDCS)
A non-invasive treatment method that aims to improve concentration, memory, and mood by gently adjusting neural activity by flowing a weak direct current through the scalp to specific areas of the brain. Home-use devices are available.
Vagal Healer®︎
A device designed for easy at-home vagus nerve stimulation. By activating the vagus nerve, it is expected to promote mind-body relaxation and balance the stress response.

Vagal Treatment (Ear Care)
Our clinic offers "Vagal Treatment (stimulation therapy for the vagal nerve innervation area of the auricle)" as a vagus nerve stimulation therapy. Therapists with specialized advanced knowledge and skills integrate the auricle and its surrounding muscles with manual techniques, special vibrations, heat, and rolling devices.
HHO Hydrogen Inhalation
A therapy that involves inhaling high-concentration hydrogen gas. Hydrogen taken into the body through the respiratory system is said to contribute to overall health maintenance, fatigue recovery, and anti-aging by acting on harmful reactive oxygen species in the body through its antioxidant properties.

Director's Message

Welcome to Ginza Recharge Clinic. My name is Takuya, and I am the director. As the director of Ginza Recharge Clinic, I am delighted to share the appeal of our clinic and help everyone achieve good health.
I myself have been involved in mental health insurance-based medical care for over 20 years, and I have learned various things from the field. During that time, the concept of "being able to provide this kind of medical care more" sprouted, gradually took shape, and finally, we proudly grand opened in December 2023.
What is Ginza Recharge Clinic? Here, we aim to be an international clinic that helps everyone, regardless of race or nationality, rediscover energy, vitality, and a youthful spirit, and establish new healthy habits. It is our sincerest joy, more than anything else for all our staff, when our patients say, "I'm glad I came here. My condition has improved."
First, as our main pillar, we provide "brain anti-aging care" by actively utilizing the latest brainwave devices and so on, to maintain brain health and further draw out the immeasurable potential of the human brain.
Second, as our other main pillar, we offer programs to effectively address "fatigue"—a challenge chronically faced by 40% of Japanese people, and an entry point to lifestyle diseases and mental imbalance prevalent in modern society—and to facilitate mind-body recovery.
Furthermore, our staff can communicate in English, and some can also cover other languages such as Chinese. As an international clinic, anyone from around the world can visit us with peace of mind, regardless of nationality or ethnicity.
Come, let us work together to achieve the potential of a long life, radiant health, and a future where you regain your vitality. Recharge for a bright and energetic tomorrow!
We look forward to serving you.

FAQ
QHow much does a consultation cost?
A
If you have decided on your desired examinations and treatments, please refer to the price list in the fees section. However, if you wish to decide on the examinations and treatments after your visit, we cannot give a definitive answer at this stage. Therefore, we will adjust the scope of the treatment to be within your budget as much as possible, in consultation with the doctor upon your visit.
QOnce you have dementia, can it be cured?
A
Certainly, with conventional insurance treatment, it was possible to stop the disease with drugs, but it was difficult to recover from it. However, with advances in medicine, new brain stimulation devices, etc., it is now known that the earlier the disease is treated, the better the patient's recovery. If you wish, we will first assess your current stage of dementia risk.
QAt what age should I be tested for dementia?
A
Dementia is said to progress underwater 20 to 30 years before onset. Ideally, the best age to see a patient is in their 40s, but even if you are in your 50s or later, it is best if you come to our clinic as early as possible.
QShould I have EEG measurements taken every year?
A
Yes, ideally every 6 months to a year is recommended, but it can be done every 6 months or a year, depending on your personal circumstances. A before-and-after comparison will give you a clear picture of how much your brain function and condition has improved during that time, which will encourage you to continue your treatment.
QWhat is the vitamin D test for blood draws looking for?
A
Vitamin D not only increases bone density, but is also closely related to brain function. For example, it has been shown to protect the brain by reducing neuroinflammation, regulate neurotransmitters (serotonin, dopamine, etc.), and reinforce synapses (nerve connections), thereby maintaining memory and concentration. In animal studies, vitamin D deficiency has been shown to accelerate aging and shorten life span. However, it is said that more than 90% of people today do not have enough vitamin D. At our clinic, vitamin D as “one of the nutrients that protect the brain” is included in the basic blood collection set.
QWhat are the benefits of breathing hydrogen for the body?
A
Various health benefits of hydrogen inhalation have been discovered and published in recent years. (This is not “hydrogen water,” which was popular for a while, but “hydrogen inhalation,” in which hydrogen is inhaled directly through the nose.) ) It is highly effective in removing active oxygen generated in the brain and body, and is expected to have a wide range of effects including recovery from fatigue, improvement of cognitive functions (memory and concentration), relaxation, improvement of allergies, improvement of sensitivity to cold (reduced blood flow at the extremities), and improvement of migraine headaches.
QWhy can eating fermented foods and exercising to regulate intestinal activity prevent dementia?
A
Eating fermented foods increases short-chain fatty acids (nutrients that are good for both the gut and the brain) and beneficial bacteria in the gut. Exercise increases peristalsis (intestinal movement that pushes digested food to the exit) of the gut while increasing brain nutrients (BDNF). On the other hand, the gut and brain are directly and closely related to each other through the vagus nerve, a long autonomic nerve system. Therefore, through intestinal activity (regulating intestinal activity, i.e., creating good conditions for the intestines) and exercise, the brain can also be in good condition.
QAre chronic pre-existing conditions such as diabetes or hypertension related to dementia?
A
Yes, studies have recently shown that dementia is more influenced by lifestyle than by heredity. Lifestyle-related diseases (diabetes, hypertension, dyslipidemia, etc.) are one of them, and we recommend that you have them checked as soon as possible.
QI injured my head when I was young, am I susceptible to dementia?
A
It depends on the nature of the injury. Injuries such as extensive brain damage, loss of consciousness, and repetitive head injuries due to sports, etc., are considered to be particularly risky.
If you know of any such cases, we recommend that you see a doctor.
QI would like to have my elderly father return his driver's license, but he is not convinced that he is fine. Can you objectively diagnose the risk of dementia?
A
We can evaluate your ability to drive, including concentration, memory, and reaction speed, by means of precise cognitive function tests and electroencephalography. We hope that you will encourage your doctor to visit us, saying, "This is not a hospital, so let's go there to make sure you are okay to drive.
