TAKSA KO | Director

Graduated from Kobe University School of Medicine. Psychiatrist.
Specialized in psychiatry. Mental health physician.
Councilor of the Japanese Society of Aesthetic Internal Medicine.
Member of the Japanese Society of Anti-Aging Medicine.
Member of the Japanese Society for Human Brain Function Mapping. Member of the Japan Society for Fatigue Research.

In psychiatry, where medication-based coping therapy is the mainstream, he met Dr. Daniel Amen, a psychiatrist in the U.S. who thoroughly examines the brain function and the patient's own medical lifestyle (diet, exercise, sleep, and food preferences) through a detailed interview and brain SPECT (blood flow scintigraphy) to understand not only the mental but also physical condition of the patient. He studied under Dr. Amen and obtained a partnership (AAEC) with Amen Clinic.

In December 2012, he opened B-Rain Clinic in Naka-ku, Yokohama, where he provides daily medical care under the motto of "comprehensive diagnosis with emphasis on objective tests such as brain imaging (brain SPECT and QEEG) and dietary and nutritional assessment.

After that, he studied brain stimulation therapy (PBM/tDCS) for dementia prevention/improvement treatment and brain performance improvement through overseas training, and opened Ginza Recharge Clinic (completely self-pay) in December 2023. With the pillars of “a clinic for the brain and autonomic nervous system” and “next-generation device therapy,” he has welcomed a specialist in autonomic nervous system (Dr. Nobuhiro Suetake) on a part-time basis.
